Homebound and cold

I've been at home for days now; at first really loving my self imposed isolation, but now beginning to feel a little too isolated. I've spent many, many hours at the computer and my head is crowded with the amazing array of creative individuals I've discovered. How do people create so much beauty on a daily basis? I am humbled.

My own creative path seems to be stuck at a very long red light. I'm not sure of the next turn, so I just keep going along the same road, but I know there's a detour ahead.

For right now, my favorite place is under covers with the cats beside me. Hey guys, move over!!

  1. Hi Evie,
I am so proud of you. I love your 'Icon' doll. She spoke to me as I have been an artist in a lot of fields and am now in the 'doll.'
Winter in the north tends to do that (make us stuck), you are so very talented and congrats on the blog. Please check my blog. I've begun to use my camera more to tell my story.
Thank you for sharing a part of you through the Icon doll.

  3. Just had to say I know what you mean about the isolation getting too much when it is not by choice (snowed in at moment :-( )
You are right about all the wonderful artists out on blogland...
You too create beautiful pieces -my muse left me for a time recently but she is pushing her way forward, and why? because of the encouragement I received from people in blogland - so don't despair your muse will be kicking and fighting and filling your head with so many ideas that you just won't have enough hours in the day -
I am going to be coming back to watch your blog develop cos I know you are going to have fab stuff on here xxx
Dawn (sorry if I rabbited on )
