Ice cream is God's most perfect creation.   i don't know whoever thought to make this confection, but it is my favorite food.  Cold and creamy and sweet.  ice cream cures all sorts of ills --  cools you off, elevates mood, energizes.  in a cup or on a cone; a  plate or a wooden stick, ice cream is magical.
